TIME has released its list of the best books of 2024 and it decided to list a 100 books in their end of year list. And we will be looking at Time’s 100 best books of 2024 list and see how it holds up!

Yesterday, Amazon released its picks for the best books of 2024 list and TIME was right behind with their own list. Amazon’s list was pretty solid but TIME has a lot more books so it has a lot to offer. But did they get it right or was a 100 books to big a list?

For the most part, TIME’s list is a good one. But they did leave off maybe one of the best books of the year The Women by Kristin Hannah. Leaving this novel off the list feels like a crime to me. With a hundred picks, you could easily have added this incredible novel. It is hard to argue that there are a hundred books better than The Women.
