Here at Books of Brilliance, we love all kinds of book recommendations. We know that there are tons of amazing books out there and we won’t be able to cover every book worth reading. That is why we turn to other outlets and experts and take their book recommendations. And this week, we will be looking at The New York Times book recommendations for this week.
Autumn has arrived as the weather gets cooler and we start wearing sweaters and hoodies. Book publishers and authors are also preparing to release books and The New York Times critcis and editors. The books on the list include two books about the Trump presidency as well as a book including poems. You can see the full list below!

- Paradise Bronx: The Life and Times of New York’s Greatest Borough by Ian Frazier
- At War with Ourselves: My Tour of Duty in the Trump White House by H. R. McMaster

All of the books on this list were released in August and is a good way to head into the fall. With some major releases, this month will be eventful. But until then, these six books chosen by The New York Times are worth checking out.
Conclusion
That is all for The New York Times book recommendations for this week. Hopefully, this is a weekly thing that they do because few outlets and organizations do this and choose books because they are good and not because they were paid to do so. Happy reading!
