Rapper 50 Cent will be diving into the literary world again in 2024 with two new books releasing in the fall.

Curtis Jackson, or better known as 50 Cent, may be the hardest working man in the world. And he doesn’t plan to stop. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, 50 Cent told them that he will be releasing two novels this year.

The first one is titled The Accomplice and will be releasing in September through Amistad, an imprint of HarperCollins.

“I want to bring a big heist story to the page,” said 50 Cent. “My debut fiction novel and its follow-up series will be captivating.”

“The Accomplice is going to surprise readers in wonderful ways,” says Executive Editor Henry Bass. “It’s everything you want in a page-turner: vivid writing, complex, multi-dimensional characters, many plot twists, witty dialogue and Curtis’ inimitable charm and authenticity.”

The novel is a heist novel and is being billed as “as a cross between NBC’s Prime Suspect and Netflix’s Money Heist”. The novel is about an FBI agent named Nia Robinson who works in the robbery division. She joined the division to prove her dad’s innocence and catch Desmond Robert, a “robbery mastermind.”

The Accomplice is going to be a part of a series but there is no word as of yet what the second book will be about. It could be the sequel to the novel or another novel altogether. 50 Cent has executive produced many shows and it would surprise nobody if he has multiple new projects releasing in the near future.

The novel will be available for purchase on Sept. 3, 2024.
