Recently, Time Magazine chose Taylor Swift as Time’s Person of the Year. That made people lose their mind. Hopefully, their top ten fiction novel picks don’t cause as much controversy.

I enjoy seeing every list published being different from one another. That really makes you wonder what each publication’s criteria is. I have seen most of the novels on this list but even then, there are some novels that I am seeing for the first time.

Still, there are some novels that seems to resonate with most critics. Tom Lake by Ann Patchett and The Heaven & Earth Grocery Store by James McBride are on many lists and will be winning a few awards in the coming months. You can see the full list below!
