Fall is officially here and September is fading into October. This week’s list is different from last week there wasn’t much movement. Keep reading to find out the most read books of the week on Goodreads!
This week’s list covers the week ending on September 22nd. This list is derived from Goodread’s data, the biggest book website in the world. Most of the members of Goodreads tend to be women and it has a younger demographic. That is reflected on the weekly and monthly lists. Many of the books on this list make the weekly best seller lists, indicating that this list resembles what most people are reading. You can see the full list below!

The Women by Kristin Hannah is once again the most read book of the week after being dethroned for months. No new releases seem to have garnered much attention and many of the books on this week’s list charted higher than they normally have. Coming behind once again The Women is Funny Story by Emily Henry. It is incredible that it can’t seem to jump past The Women.
Most of the list is the same as last week but what does stand out is that It Ends With Us finally dropped out of the top 20. With the movie leaving the public spotlight, people are moving onto other books and I expect it to keep falling down the weekly charts.
Conclusion
The Women is once again the most read book of the week as few new novels seemed to make much noise. What did you think of this week’s list? How many of these novels have you read or plan to read? Let us know in the comments below!
