A Great Mix of Books
Oprah has a book club that chooses a new book to read every month and some of those novels have made it to her favorite list. There’s a good mix of classics and modern novels here such as Night by Elie Wiesel and East of Eden by John Steinbeck. Both of these novels are well regarded and unfortunately two novels I have not yet read.
Besides those two novels, there also other great novels such as The Poisonwood Bible and The Bluest Eye. And this is just from the past decade. Oprah is a voracious reader but that is not all. She has amazing books on her list which is why her book club is very well respected.
While this is just the books Oprah has read over a decade, it is still pretty impressive. That makes us wonder what her overall favorite book list looks like. That makes us wonder how many of the books on this list would carry over to the all-time favorite list.
