With the year coming to an end soon, we are seeing a ton of end of year lists. And today, we will be looking at Apple’s 10 best books of 2025. Keep reading to find out which books made their list!
People often forget that Apple is also in the book selling business. That means that they take their book lists serious and I for one am all for it. The more lists the better. And now, we know what are Apple’s picks for the best books of 2025.
Seeing all these lists has reminded me of how incredible this year was for new books. There were so many great releases and no list looks the same. It is going to take forever to get through all the must reads from this year. You can see the full list below!
Apple’s 10 Best Books of 2025!
- 1929 by Andrew Ross Sorkin
- Wild Dark Shore: A Novel by Charlotte McConaghy
- Don’t Let Him In by Lisa Jewell
- Mother Mary Comes to Me by Arundhati Roy
- Presumed Guilty by Scott Turow
- Arcana Academy by Elise Kova
- King Sorrow by Joe Hill
- Motherland by Julia Ioffe
- Buckeye by Patrick Ryan
- Broken Country by Clare Leslie Hall
I think this is a great list that incudes all kinds of books. 1929 has been on several lists and I can’t wait to get around to reading it. For the rest of the books on the list, I will be waiting a bit more to see which ones to prioritize.
The only book I have read from this list is Wild Dark Shore and it was one of the best books I read this year. The writing, storytelling, and plot are all fantastic and I can see why it is making a ton of end of year lists. This is easily one of the best thriller novels I have read in a while.
Buckeye by Patrick Ryan is also on my list of books and I have only heard great things about it. Once I make a little dent in my to-read list, I will be checking out a couple of books from this list. Apple usually has a good list and it hasn’t let me down before.
Conclusion
These are Apple’s best books of 2025 and it is a good list. Trying to summarize this year with only ten books is no easy task. I thought Apple’s selection was diverse and different from most lists out there.
This list does a good job and while I do think 10 books aren’t enough, it is a good way to start/ It will encourage people to check out these books and some of the other major releases of 2025. Until next time, happy reading!
