There are so many good books out there that horror novels tend to be neglected subconsciously. Which is why it is a good thing that people associate fall with horror novels and shining the spotlight on them. We all have been guilty of not reading enough horror novels and with these new releases, we have a reason to read them.
The New York Times has a horror columnist that reviews horror books all the time. I don’t know if many people could read horror novels constantly because they tend to be dark and violent often times. Melquíades is a ruthless man who rules over a colony of criminals on a remote and haunted land. He is also evil and enjoys hunting and killing men that are imprisoned on the island.
If you prefer psychological thrillers, then Secret Lives of the Dead by Tim Lebbon might be perfect for you. Jodi convinces her friends to break into an old abandoned home that is rumored to contain valuables.
But Jodi isn’t interesting about the valuables but a relic that cost her father’s life. She intends to retrieve the artifact before Lem, the person who killed her father, get it. But just as she is about to leave, the group runs into Lem.
Conclusion
