We are in the seventh week of 2025 and nearing a month since Onyx Storm was released. But Rebecca Yarros is one of many authors that is dominating the weekly reading list. So, Keep reading to find out the most read books of the week on Goodreads!

For the next few months, Onyx Storm will be the most read novel. With the hype around this novel and series, that is not surprising. But we have to remember there are other books and authors that also deserve love and recognition.

The two new novels to appear on this list are Scythe & Sparrow by Brynne Weaver and Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez. Weaver is a NY Times bestselling author and a Tik Tok sensation that has garnered a big following and has made her first appearance on this list since I started tracking it.

The latter, Abby Jimenez, is a constant on these lists and her novel Part of Your World was released in 2022. With her new novel Deep End releasing, fans are discovering some of her past works and realizing that they have missed out. You can see the full list below!
