With 2025 well under way, we decided to look at some of the sci-fi and fantasy books releasing in February to see what readers should be on the lookout for. Keep reading to see what books we chose as must reads for this month!
The biggest novel of the year was released in late January (Onyx Storm) but it isn’t the only fantasy novel worth reading. There are some incredible books and authors in the fantasy and sci-fi genre worth checking out such as TJ Klune and Samantha Shannon.

Novels like Grave Empire and A Dragon of Black Glass are why we give new novels a chance. There are so many incredible fantasy novels and while they may not all be the greatest fantasy or sci-fi novel you end up reading, you will surely enjoy them.
