With almost four full months in, we have had a bunch of great books to read in 2023. While it may be too early for the best books of the year list, that hasn’t stopped organizations from highlighting some of the best books so far. Check out BBC’s 12 best books of 2023 so far!

Some people will argue that this isn’t even the halfway point of the year. To that, I say that bringing attention to these books and authors is great for everyone. For the authors, they will see an increase in sales and more people will end up reading their books. And for readers, more books to add to the reading pile!

The list contains a bunch of books that have been critically well received. Many of these books are going to be included in the best books of the year lists. Barack Obama’s summer list should be around the corner and I’ll be surprised if none of the books here make his list.
