A Unique List
The books that pop out are The Handmaid’ Tale by Margaret Atwood and Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut. That is because they are iconic classic novels. Those are novels you end up reading in school for the first time and being amazed at how good they are.
Seeing Cormac McCarthy make two appearances on this list makes me wonder if that is one of Kendrick’s favorite authors. But besides those novels, there are other great novels like All Quiet on the Western Front by Erich Maria Remarque and The Things They Carried, by Tim O’Brien.
The rest of the novels I haven’t really come across but they seem like good reads. This list is catered to Anna Kendrick’s preference and the best way to understand her is to read the same books that she does.
