What to Expect In the Coming Months

Recently, I have been busy reading the Stormlight Archive and that has been very time consuming. That has left me little time to write reviews for other novels and has put be behind my reading goal for 2022. I do expect to catch up as long as I can find stuff to read.

What to Expect

Words of Radiance by Brandon Sanderson has over 1000 pages and takes normally about three weeks to finish. Oathbringer has 1248 pages and that has consumed this whole month for me. The good news is that I will be reading other novels and put the last Stormlight Archive novel off for a couple of months.

What I am reading and will continue reading is the Harry Potter novels. That was supposed to be the plan but books happened and there was no rush. I shall also try to add some other books like the Wheel of Time by Robert Lewis (research). The goal is going to be to read 10 books for June but the 7 Harry Potter books might take up the whole month.

News Related Content

Besides book reviews, I will be posting a bunch more news related articles. With the everchanging news, I feel like a lot of important book news passes us by without notice. To change that, I will be covering news that I think my readers should know or find interesting. There will also be a few lists coming out so be on the lookout for those!

I posted the blog post Amazon Launches Book Club and that has provided the perfect platform to create a book club. They are releasing this feature and anybody can create their own book club. Once, I am accepted, Books of Brilliance will be launching its own book club. Hopefully, we can launch it by mid-June but if not, then July will be the first month of the book club. Now, to find the best book to read…

Conclusion

That is all the updates I can think of right now. I would like to see where this blog goes in the next month. Do you guys want to see a blog post about how many views this blog gets? If you do, I do not mind ranting about numbers and how May was by far the best month and how everything is coming together.

Wow…over 1k pages, that’s a lot and requires dedication. The last long book I read or rather listened to was “Sleeping Beauties” by Stephen King and his son Owen King. It was really well done.

If it’s a great book, you don’t really notice the pages or don’t want the story to ever end

I’m reading The Stormlight Archives right now as well. I just finished The Way of Kings. I’m enjoying them so far, but they’re thick books for sure.

They only get bigger lol. Taking a break at the moment and reading the wheel of time series. It starts off slow but eventually picks up.
