I have been a lot more consistent in reading more biographies and nonfiction books in 2025. While I love the genre, I don’t come across too many autobiographies and memoirs that I want to read. But others enjoy them a lot more than me and I do love finding great reads. You can see the full list below!

- Mother Mary Comes to Me by Arundhati Roy
- Awake: A Memoir by Jen Hatmaker
- Poems & Prayers by Matthew McConaughey
- Book of Lives: A Memoir of Sorts by Margaret Atwood
- Finding My Way: A Memoir by Malala Yousafzai
- Bread of Angels: A Memoir by Patti Smith
- The Uncool: A Memoir by Cameron Crowe
- Truly by Lionel Richie
- Joyride: A Memoir by Susan Orlean

This year, there were a ton of great biographies and memoirs worth checking out. Depending on who you are a fan of, you’ll enjoy them a lot.
There are books from musicians, actors, and every other profession in between. We also can’t ignore the memoir by Malala Yousafzai, Finding My Way and from Michelle Obama called The Look. I will be adding The Anthony Bourdain Reader: New, Classic, and Rediscovered Writing by Anthony Bourdain to my reading list
