October is here and so are the new books that will be releasing this month. A bunch of big name authors and lesser known authors are making some noise and we have it all covered. So, keep reading for our list of all the new books releasing in October 2024!
We are coming to the final cycle of 2024 and authors and publishers are releasing some of the biggest releases of the year. In this month, there are a few big name authors that are releasing books years after their last novel and the literary world is excited. The one name that jumps out to me is Ta-Nehisi Coates and he has been making appearances on television to promote his new book, something that few authors have the luxury to do.

Popular Authors Releasing New Books in October
Malcom Gladwell returns with Revenge of the Tipping Point, the follow up to his bestseller The Tipping Point. This book dives deeper into the lessons in the previous book and revisit topics and to reframe previous lessons. After 25 years, a lot has changed and those ideas need to be updated and changed to apply to this world that has changed a lot since then.
Another author that many people are excited about is Mark Haddon and his latest novel Dogs and Monsters. He is the author of one of my favorite novels The Curious Incident of the Dog-in-the-Night-Time. This isn’t your typical novel but instead includes eight stories based on Greek mythology among other things.
