Across The World and Back

I love reading books and that is evident from this blog but readers might also be able to guess that I also love traveling. And while I thought about creating another blog for traveling, I decided not to and instead share my travel stories here.

And the best way to do that is to share anecdotes of where I have traveled. That is why I will be sharing stories of some of my favorite places and by the end of it, put it together and make it into a book.

This might be my most ambitious project yet and one that I will be working on for years. Besides sharing my love of traveling, the other reason I decided to do this is because of Anthony Bourdain. After reading his books, I felt inspired to share some of my travel stories and share some of my gems with readers.

I expect this journey to last for months and it will see a lot of changes in the coming weeks. But for the most part, I know what I will be writing about.

The first part of the Across the World and Back series will be my travels across the United States. I am not an expert nor have I traveled enough to say I know everything there is to know about a place. But what I am is studious and do a lot of research when traveling to a place.

And that has led to some of my favorite memories and ones I will be sharing with you. The articles will feature must do things, restaurants to try, bookstores to visit, and everything in between. And I hope you enjoy the journey as much as I have.
