Lots of Lesser Known Books Make the List
It is surprising to come across a list of books from this year and not recognize many of the books of the list. That goes to show you just how many amazing books have been released this year. I have been seeing I Keep My Exoskeletons to Myself by Marisa Crane on many lists and it is a novel I will be reading soon!
Another novel that I will be reading on this list is Crook Manifesto by Colson Whitehead. It is the sequel to Harlem Shuffle and that is a novel that you must read! I expect this novel to be even better because Whitehead is a talented writer.
