Today, I will be answering the prompt “What does it mean to live boldly?” I had to really think about this one and what bold means to me.
To live boldly means to do things without caring about who’s watching. A lot of times, we don’t do things because we are afraid of what people will think of us. And yes, some things should be avoided. But other things that would make life better for us get prevented.
This is something that I wish I did more often. I know I missed out on a lot of cool hobbies because I was too scared to do those things. And now all I have left is regret.
What does it mean to you to live boldly?
I do need to live more boldly. Thanks for the reminder.
every time i go out i try to live boldly. any other way is a lie to me. though sometimes i do lie.
There is no need to regret. Life is a myriad of choices that we learn and grow through.
That is very true
Leaving boldly to me means just doing it, whatever you’ve planned. The funny thing is when you’re bold, no sign of timidity, the critics are usually fewer
This topic reminds me of a random survey. The host asked random people what are their biggest regrets. And it comes to a 96-years-old woman who said, “when I was 90 years old, I wished to learn how to play violin but I was afraid that I wouldn’t have much time to learn. If I’d started then, I would be playing it for 6 years now.”
